Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a great view, friendly staff, and good value for money. However, some rooms on the lowest floor may lack natural light. The location is secluded with a beautiful private beach, ideal for families and couples, but not singles. The dining experience is enjoyable with diverse food options, though limited bacon availability.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms, despite having a slight sewer odor when closed up, were comfortable and quiet once the patio doors were opened. The location behind the Teatro Theater stage provided a peaceful atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with delightful Canadian souvenirs and a warm, welcoming attitude from the staff. Although the dining options were varied, the preparation seemed unfamiliar compared to traditional Mexican cuisine.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms could hardly fit a family of 5 and the lowest-floor rooms were quite dark, the balconies offered stunning ocean views over the lush gardens and pool area right to the beach. However, being on the 4th floor meant a trek if something was forgotten in the room.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were clean and pretty standard like most other all-inclusives, and the food was pretty good with standard fare and good quality. I had a suite with a gorgeous view of the ocean and a huge terrace, which was a major plus, but the issue with the room being sprayed from one end to the other and all drains too was a bit off-putting.
The hotel offered clean and pretty standard rooms typical of most all-inclusive resorts. The food was of good quality and standard fare. The service, especially with our kids, was fantastic. The location against the backdrop of the Sierra Mountains was stunning. The dining experience leaned towards traditional Mexican dishes. The facilities were clean and nice overall.
